> Authorship, maturity, evidence boundary, licensing, and public claim discipline.

Truth Machine is written and maintained by **Blake Gjerdingen for Kinra AI**.
It was established on 2026-08-09 after independent implementation evidence
showed that the evidence-to-reviewed-truth system had become more portable than
the Facet doctrine that first named it.

## Maturity

Specification 0.1.0 was accepted through exact reference transition
`TMC-0001` on 2026-08-09. Publication `TMP-0001` records one exact deployed and
publicly verified reference artifact. The project continues to distinguish:

- implemented mechanism;
- bounded implementation evidence;
- candidate portable requirement;
- accepted specification;
- conformant implementation;
- built publication artifact;
- deployed and verified publication; and
- demonstrated external use or value.

One state never implies the next.

The current maturity claim stops at a verified first-party publication. No
external conformance, independent private-host audit, third-party consumption,
adoption, usefulness, or value is claimed.

## Evidence boundary

Flow, inference operations, cloud operations, project proposals, and Kinra
Corpus supplied the initial implementation evidence. Several source
repositories are private. Public reports expose exact revision identities and
curated mechanism conclusions without exposing customer, organization, host,
credential, or operational data. They are labelled bounded maintainer
attestations rather than independently auditable public source.

The reference implementation provides a complete audit path when the canonical
repository and its accepted revision are publicly accessible.

## License

Specification prose, reference tooling, schemas, fixtures, and publication
sources are licensed under Apache License 2.0. Product repositories and cited
standards retain their own licenses.
